Aaron Sinclair McCaa

Aaron Sinclair McCaa, 46, passed away on Monday, June 19, 2023, in Grapevine, Texas. He was born on January 5, 1977, in Chicago, Illinois. 

Aaron grew up in Chicago, Illinois.  He was currently living in Irving, Texas. He enjoyed bowling, cooking, and working on cars. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. May his mild temper and softhearted demeanor be a constant reminder of love and kindness.

Aaron was preceded in death by his grandfather, Johnnie Lee McCaa, Chicago, Illinois.

Aaron is survived by his grandmother, Bessie McCaa of Orland Park, Illinois; his mother, Demetria McCaa of Sierra Vista, Arizona; his sister, Kyana Gilbert of Hammond, Indiana; his brother, Bernard Brelan Chalmers of Cape Coral, Florida; his nephew, Demetrius Bacon of Hammond, Indiana; and his nieces, Madison Gilbert of Hammond, Indiana and Elena Nicole Chalmers of Cape Coral, Florida; and other relatives and friends.

Aaron is my firstborn, he’s the first grandchild, older brother and first nephew. I’m grateful to have been there for his first breaths and last breaths. For the joys and challenges, he brought to my life. It’s an honor and blessing to be Aaron’s mom.

Brelan: I love you, Big Brother, we will have a lot to talk about when I see you again.

A funeral service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home & Memorial Park, 500 Kennedale Sublett Road, Kennedale, TX, 76060, at 2 pm on June 30, 2023. A Visitation will be from 1-2pm at the funeral home. Interment will follow the service.
