ARLINGTON -- Adron Ann Rockett, 59, fought a long, hard battle with cancer and went home to be with her Lord on Monday, Jan. 8, 2007.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.

She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and she just loved life. She was at her best when she saw new life through her grandchildren's eyes.
Survivors: Husband, Tom Rockett; son, Brian Andrews and wife, Theda; daughter, Tracy DeBevoise and partner, J.C. Carson; grandchildren, Dylan and Shelby DeBevoise; parents, Bobbie and Ed Sonnenburg; sister, Vickie Mayfield; father-in-law, Harold Andrews; and a host of other family and friends.
