MANSFIELD -- Betty Perkins Clowdis Stepped into the presence of Jesus on November 1, 2007. Funeral:10am Monday November 5, 2007 at Petra Baptist Church 6300 S. Freeway Ft. Worth, TX. Visitation: Sunday 2-4 pm at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. She was born Feburary 22,1935 in Brownsfield, TX. She is preceded in death by her brother Ferrell Perkins, daughter Brenda Curtis and granddaughter Jennifer Bates. She is survived by her beloved husband of 56 years Horace Wendon Clowdis; daughters; Teresa and Johnny Roden and Bobbie and Billy Bates, Grandchildren; Tamra, Sheila, Shana, Michael, Jason, Jeremy, Melissa, Jelaine and Betty Joyce, 12 great-grandchildren, sister; Faye and Lloyd Dobbs, brother; Jerrell and Louise Perkins, E.L.and Joann Perkins, David Bird and a host of other family and friends.
