Betty Ann Reynolds, 81 passed away on Friday, February 2024 at her home, in Kennedale, Texas. She was born on March, 12, 1943 in Montgomery, Alabama to Marvin and Mary (Skinner) May.
Betty grew up in Fort Worth, Texas. She graduated from Poly Tech in Fort Worth in 1961. After high school she attended All Saints School of Nursing in Fort Worth, Texas where she received her LVN license, where she began many years as an LVN working at Forest Hill Nursing Home, and a nurse for a medical center, then became an activity director for Huguley Place and other Nursing homes.
Betty married William in 1964 in Fort Worth, Texas. They were happily married for 59 years. Betty was a member of Highland Church of Christ. She enjoyed reading, watching movies, visiting with family and friends, preparing and teaching her lessons for Ladies Bible Class.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents Marvin and Mary, older brother Taylor May and younger brother Gene May.
Betty is survived by her spouse William Reynolds of Kennedale, Texas; her daughters Wendie and (Larry) Carnagie of Kennedale, Texas, Andria and (Don) Earp of Kennedale, Texas; her sister Darlene Young of Haltom City, Texas, Her sister-in-law Faye May of Mansfield, Texas; her grandchildren Khristian, (Josh) Decker, Kayla Carnagie and Kelsie Carnagie; and her nieces and nephews and other relatives.
