Beverly Horst

Beverly G. Horst, 93, passed away on October 4, 2020 in Keller, TX.  Beverly was born on April 9, 1927 to Arthur and Mildred Foth in West Allis, Wisconsin, where she grew up.  She later lived in a number of places in the United States.

Beverly married Carl Horst in 1951 and served as a homemaker and mother.  She was an avid reader who also enjoyed cooking, sightseeing, and serving friends and neighbors.  She was a caring wife and mother who loved her family and was always there.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband of 60 years, Carl Horst, her parents, Arthur and Mildred Foth, and by her sister-in-law, Katherine Anderson.  Survivors include son Eric Horst and grandson Jonathan Horst of Columbia, MO; niece-in-law Barbara Anderson of Hohenwald, TN; and nephew-in-law, John Anderson of Escondido, CA.

Beverly was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church and will be missed.  A graveside service followed by inurnment will be held Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 11:30AM at DFW National Cemetery.

The family extends their deepest gratitude to Alevcare Hospice for their compassionate and excellent care of Beverly during her final months, as well as to Deaconess Pamela Buhler for her loving assistance during the last several years of Beverly's life.
