Bill Martin O'Steen, 78, slipped the surly bonds of earth and touched the face of God Friday, Jan. 22, 2010.
Graveside service: Saturday, January 24, 2010 in Emerald Hills Memorial Park.
Bill loved God and country, wife and children, then when the “grands” came along, his world was even brighter. He was at his best seeing new life through his grandchildren's eyes.
He served his country during the Korean War as a Marine sergeant. Bill married the love of his life, Diana McCharen, in 1958, then became the father of two wonderful children, David and Susan. He retired from General Dynamics.
He had a host of medical issues through which he showed true strength of character. He was trustworthy and kind by nature. He was loved by all.
Survivors: He is survived by wife, Diana O'Steen; children, David O'Steen and Susan and Doug Sorensen; grandchildren, Luke, Will and Nikki; along with a host of other family members and friends.
