Brown, Billie, Jean, age 80, of Kennedale, Texas passed away peacefully on 4/24/2013 at home in Kennedale, TX. She was born on 2/3/1933 in Corryton, Tennessee to her parents, Vernon Arthur and Juanita Maples.
Billie was the oldest of 12. She married John Clifford Brown in Knoxville, TN. They had 5 children. She was a longtime resident of Kennedale, Texas for 38 years. She enjoyed sewing for others and loved her birds and her dogs as well as her family.
Billie will be remembered by her loving husband and their children: Debbie McCain and husband, James of Mansfield, TX, David Brown and wife Molly of Burleson, TX, James Brown and wife Bobbie of Arlington, TX, Donna Brown and husband Ronald of Arlington, TX. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, 8 siblings, Mary Waldrop, Joyce Rutherford, Charles Maples & Charlotte Stalans of Blaine TN, Floyd Maples of Washburn, TN, Donald Maples of Kaufman, TX, Shirley Menix ofAzle, TX & Delores Rodney of Springtown, TX. Predeceased in death by her son,John Edward (Eddie) Brown, her sisters Sue Griffin and Carolyn Maples and her brother Ronald (Ronnie) Maples.
