Billy Ray Bowerman, 76, of Mansfield, a loving, caring man, passed away peacefully at home Wednesday, Sept. 29, 2010.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Monday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 3 to 5 p.m. Sunday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel.
Billy was born June 18, 1934, to Bob and Loris Bowerman in Lawrence County, Mo. He will be deeply missed.
He was preceded in death by a son, Steven Bowerman; a grandson, Cody Bowerman; and a great-grandson, Gavin Flood.
Survivors: Those left to cherish his memory include his loving wife of 55 years, Kathryn Tyree Bowerman; son, Bill Bowerman Jr.; daughters, Brenda Morrison and husband, Curtis, and Carol Flood and husband, Joe; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
