FORT WORTH -- Billy John McCreight, 86, went home to be with his family and his Lord Wednesday, January 10, 2007.
Funeral: 2pm Saturday January 13,2007 at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6-8pm Friday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.

He was born December 26,1920, he had many passions in life, fishing,his dog Jake, growing a garden and his grand and great-grandchildren. He was truly at his best when he saw new life through his grandchildren's eyes. He was preceded in death by his wonderful wife Jean L. McCreight, brother & sister-in-law; Jack & Corrine McCreight.
Survivors: daughter & husband; Denise & Charles Powell, sons; Mark McCreight, Paul Mc Creight & wife Kelley, Perry Mc Creight & wife Linda. Grandchildren; Deanna Hill, Jennifer, Cassi,Erica, Colton& Lauren McCreight, great-grandchildren; Hannah McCreight & Dylan Hill,brothers Warren & Danny McCreight, along with a host of other family and friends
