Billy was born in Grand Prairie TX, November 7, 1931 to Jack and Iva Lee O’Neal . He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the U.S. Navy. Billy is survived by his daughter, Joy Marlene O’Neal of Holly Springs, NC; his granddaughters: Teresa Rome, of Grand Canyon, AZ and Sandra Rome, of Salt Lake City, UT and his grandsons: Russell Kirk O’Neal and Jacob Mathew O’Neal both of Crowley, TX. His sister, Vernell Fenton of Ft. Worth, TX. , and his nephews: Jack Lofton, Mark Fenton, and Anthony Bret Fenton also of Ft. Worth. He was preceded in death by his son, Billy Kirk O’Neal and his granddaughter, Patsy Marlene Rome.
