Brenda Fay Syrios, 61, of Arlington passed away on Monday, September 11, 2017.
Funeral Service: 2 p.m. Saturday in Emerald Hills Funeral Home Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Brenda was born November 28, 1955 in Whittier, CA. She later moved to San Angelo, TX where she met her husband John Syrios and they married January 31, 1973. They moved to Arlington, TX in 1975 where they began their family and raised their four daughters.
She loved spending time with family and taking photos. She enjoyed sewing, crafts, thrift store shopping, putting together photo albums, and watching old movies with her husband. She loved spending time with her grandkids and she always made sure they had special birthdays. She loved decorating and celebrating every holiday with our own family traditions. Everyone that came into her life was touched by her caring and loving heart. In the long hard battle she fought, Brenda was a fighter and never gave up. She will be truly missed by many.
Brenda was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and JoNell Rogers; twin, Linda Kay Rogers; sisters, Frankie Jo Rogers and Margaret Ann Ward.
Survivors: Husband, John Syrios II; daughters, Miranda Fuller, Karinda Syrios, Johnna Syrios, Tina Syrios; sisters, Donna Fincher, Barbara Sanders and husband Robbie, Tammie Hooten and husband Duke, Debbie Spears and husband Tommy; brothers in law, Michael Syrios and wife Donna, Scott Ward; father in law, John W. Syrios, Sr.; grandchildren, Jonathan, Tiffanie, Brandon, Daisy, Jacob, Kaleah, Marcus, Katie and many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
