Carl W. Horst, 88, passed away on November 22, 2012 in Fort Worth, Tx.
Carl was born September 20, 1924 to Carl and Emily Horst in Milwaukee Wis. he served in the South Pacific (Guam) during WW II, and was primarily a chemical engineer in the pulp & paper industry during his working career. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, and lived in a number of places in the United States. He was a caring husband and father who worked hard and was always there. He particularly liked to golf, work around the house, and watch spectator sports with his family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carl and Emily Horst, and by sister, Katherine Anderson.
Survivors include wife of 60 years, Beverly Horst of Keller, TX;; son, Eric Horst and grandson, Jonathan Horst of Lake St. Louis, MO; niece, Barbara Anderson of Hohenwald, TN; and nephew, John Anderson of Escondido, CA.
