For 55 wonderful years, Cecilia was devoted to her beloved husband, Jose G. Silvestre. Cecilia's presence lit up every room she entered. She had an innate ability to connect with others, earning her the reputation of a true friend and confidant. Her warm, welcoming home was a gathering place for family and friends alike, where laughter rang out and love flourished. Whether hosting lively cookouts, dancing the night away, or sharing a delicious meal that only she could create, Cecilia thrived in the company of those she loved.
An ardent believer, Cecilia lived her faith with sincerity, often praying and offering blessings to everyone she met. She made it a point to celebrate the annual festival honoring the Virgin Mary, a testament to her devotion and the importance she placed on her spiritual life.
Cecilia's passion for life was evident in her many interests and hobbies. She loved dressing up and putting on her favorite jewelry, embodying glamour and grace. She took joy in the simple pleasures of gathering with family for special celebrations.
In addition to her husband and daughters, Cecilia leaves behind a beloved circle of family, including her grandchildren Vanessa, Lauren, and Matthew, as well as her great-granddaughter Aurora Lynn Hutchison. She is also survived by her sister Carmen Drain, along with many nieces, nephews, brother-in-laws, sister-in-laws, cousins, and dear close friends who were touched by her grace and compassion.
Cecilia was preceded in death by her mother Maria Vargas de Los Santos, father Jose Vargas Cereso, and brothers Leo Vargas and Jose Luis De Los Santos. They await her with open arms, reunited in eternity.
