Graveside service: 10 a.m. Saturday in Emerald Hills Memorial Park.
Cheryl had a quirky personality, and she had the ability to make people feel that they were the most important person in the room. She had a fierce, vibrant energy and powerful presence. She loved to cook for her family. She would whip up some of the most amazing textures one could in the kitchen. She liked to travel and play in her garden.
Survivors: Her daughter, Rachael Chin; father, Kenneth Andrews and wife, Kathleen; mother, Joanne Payne and friend, Delbert Tallman; brother, John Andrews; nieces, Paula Shelly and Danielle Andrews; fiancee, Randy Gassner; longtime friend, Arthur Vogts; and a host of other family and friends.
