RENO -- Clendon Lee Maxwell, 85, went to be with the Lord Tuesday night, April 6, 2010.
Funeral: 2:00 p.m. Monday at Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel
Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park
Visitation: 2-4:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Clendon was born in Vernon on July 26, 1924. He was married to Maxine Elizabeth Jones Maxwell for 57 loving years. Clendon was a WWII Veteran serving in the Navy and was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. His family finds comfort in knowing that he is reunited in Heaven with his wife, son, granddaughter, parents, and brothers and sisters.
Survivors: daughter, Sharron Dearing and husband Tom, 2 grandchildren, Gregory Reynolds and Amanda Reynolds Gutierrez, 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
