Clista Jean Robeson

Clista Jean Terry Robeson passed from her life on Sunday, September 29, 2024. She was born to Milton and Lucy Terry in Gainesville Texas on May 4, 1932. She is preceded in death by her son Gary Robeson, three brothers Wayne, Ralph and Billy Terry and one sister Reba Boaz. She is survived by her husband, Charles Robeson after 74 years of marriage; two daughters Charlotte Marion of Abilene and her husband, Robert; Rhonda Robbins of Arlington, and her husband, Derek, and son Terry Robeson of Abilene, and daughter-in-law, Becky Robeson of North Richland Hills. Four grandchildren, Dustin Robeson of North Richland Hills, Michael Marion of Abilene, Kristal Robeson of Saginaw and Tanner Robbins of Arlington. Four great grandchildren, Austin Marion, Lauren Weaver, Blake Marion, and Kosen Robeson.

Clista was a faithful member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ for 61 years. She was a Christian who served her master by caring for others behind the scenes. Her Christian example affected the lives of many over the years. Her steadfast commitment to God, set the Christian pattern for her family. She was a wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, who loved her family. She took pride in her home and opened it up to many for eat out groups, life groups and get togethers. One of her great grandson made the comment she was a great cook and if any of you had a meal with her, you know that was true. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to all of our friends and loved ones.
