Conceicao "Connie" Moniz, 84, passed away Monday, June 13, 2016.
Funeral Service: 3 p.m. Friday, June 17, 2016 at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Thursday in Emerald Hills Funeral Home Chapel.
Preceded in death by her husband, Laurindo Moniz. Connie is survived by her sons; Joe Moniz and wife Debra, Graciano Moniz and wife Zelinda; sister; Lionia Andrade; grandchildren; Victoria Moniz Johnson, Zachary Moniz, and Feleena Moniz; great-grandchildren; Nicholas Moniz, Austin Johnson, Cooper Johnson, and Sydney Johnson; many nieces and nephews.
