Surrounded by his family, Bubba lost his battle with cancer on Sunday, October 9, 2022.
Bubba was born on December 3, 1957 to Donald David and Mary Ellen McElvany in Ft. Worth, Texas.
He spent most of his life as a truck driver and ended his career at Hawk Steel in Kennedale, TX.
Bubba was a great story teller, loved spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren, and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Bubba is survived by his brothers Ricky and Troy McElvany, his beloved wife of 20 years Becky McElvany, his daughters LeAnn Lee and her husband Brandon, Crystal Johnson, Brandy Hicks, Tiffany Dennis and her husband Dan, his son David McElvany, and two step children Dustin and Christan Allen. He had fifteen cherished grandchildren; Timothy, Raegan, Kendyll, Khristopher, Brooklin, Camryn, Brynnan, Kari, Mason, Jaime, Madison, Annika, Tanner, Cade, Maxwell, August and Miles, one great grandson, Kasen, and one soon to be great granddaughter, Natalie. He had many nieces and nephews.
