Doris Marie Garcia

Doris Marie Garcia, 64, passed away on September 18, 2023, at Mansfield Methodist Hospital in Mansfield, TX. She was born on July 16,1959 in San Antonio, TX, to Heriberto and Anita Lozano Herrera.

Doris Garcia grew up in San Antonio, TX. She graduated college from University of Texas in Arlington in 1988, where she received an associate’s in business. She worked for Daystar Television as an Administrative Assistant to partner services, where she worked for over 15 years until she retired early for medical reasons.

Doris married Ruben in Fort Worth, TX, and they were happily married for 37 years. Doris was a member of Gateway Church and she enjoyed travel, music, movies, and most of all, making memories with her family.

Doris was preceded in death by her parents Heriberto and Anita Herrera, and two sisters, Teresa Delgado and Yolanda Herrera.
