Elizabeth Childress Clark, 90, passed away 03, March 2025 at Towne Hall Estates in Keene, Texas. She was born on November 11, 1934, in Dallas County 8 Precinct to John and Lima Childress Elizabeth grew up in Itasca, Texas (housewife), was involved in PTA, church Worked alongside her husband at their farm in Blum, Texas Elizabeth married Wayne E. Clark in 1952 in Itasca, Texas. They were happily married for 69 years. Elizabeth was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church. Elizabeth enjoyed farming, sewing, family, and singing. 

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne, 1 sister and two brothers.

Elizabeth is survived by her son and daughter Terry, (Linda), Clark of Iola, Texas; Brenda (Craig) Taylor of Burleson, Texas; her grandchildren Mike (Jennifer) Clark, Charles (Lindsy) Clark, LeAmy (William) Seabert, Robert (Heather) Taylor her great-grandchildren Cody, Alissa (Eduardo), Kaylee, Emma, Ava, Alexandria, Hudson, Amberlee, Anna, Haydn, Great-Great Grandchildren Mateo and Avery.

The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Wings over Texas hospice, Towne Hall Estates Keene, TX, Bethesda Baptist Church and all the friends and family that gave emotional support during her time of need. Mothers favorite hymn was “In the Garden.” She is at peace in the garden now.
