ARLINGTON -- Elizabeth Anne Petersen passed away peacefully Thursday, Dec. 11, 2014. She was 81 years old.
Graveside service: 11 a.m. Monday in Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 10 to 11 a.m., one hour prior to the service, at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Liz lived in California until 1983 when her husband, Ken Petersen, died. She returned to Texas then to be with her family. She was employed by TCCC for a while. Liz loved to read, play the piano and be with family.
Survivors: She is survived by stepson, Chris Petersen and his daughter, Alyssa; sister, Shirley Smith; nephews, Williams Smith, James Smith and Steven Smith; aunt, Mary Theresa Kennedy; and many cousins and friends.
