Mary Ella Allen, 62, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, Sept. 12, 2013.
She was born to Melvin and Lynn Adams in March 1951 in San Antonio. Mary graduated from Sam Houston High School in Arlington in 1969. She married Robert Allen in November 1969. They share a daughter, Melissa, who was born in 1983. She worked as an office manager at a photography studio. Mary loved to travel and loved all things pretty, leaves, flamingos, flowers and sunny days with white puffy clouds. She had an infectious smile that lit up the room.
Survivors: Husband, Robert Allen; daughter, Melissa Lambert; mother, Lynn Adams Wise; brothers, Floyd Adams, Dennis Adams and George Adams; and grandchild, Courtney Lambert, whom she loved deeply.
