Emma Hathaway

Emma Lenore Hathaway, 79, passed away on 24th of January 2021 in Beaumont, Texas. She was born on August 1,1941 in McAlester, OK to Jack and Rosa Bell Davis.

Emma Davis married Wayne Hathaway on March 19,1959 in Fort Worth, Texas. They were happily married for 57 years. She enjoyed reading her Bible, listening to gospel music, and watching Hallmark movies. She loved spending time with her kids and family, and she will be deeply missed by all who loved her.

Emma was preceded in death by The Love of her life Wayne, her parents Jack and Rosie Davis; brothers, Weldon, Len, Junior, Jackie; sisters, Violet, Alice, Barbara; and granddaughter, Latisha Henson.

Survivors: Children, Lenora Morrison and Randy Satterfield, Wanda and Dearl Nash, Sherry and Tim Henson, Richard and Dianna Hathaway; Grandchildren, Chastity and Wyley Towe, Steve and Ashley Morrison, Justin and Brittany Hathaway, Derrick and Kendra Nash, Dana and Stephen Mulle, Jacob Nash, Krista Henson, Makayla and Cameron Roberts, Andrew Hathaway, Kolten Hathaway, Jim Ray, and Jake Staats; twelve great-grandchildren; Sisters: Bonnie and spouse Jerry Keith, Darlene Perkins; and a host of nieces and nephews.

Service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home Chapel at 500 Kennedale Sublett Road Kennedale, Texas 76060 at 11:00AM Saturday, January 30, 2021 with interment to follow at Emerald Hills Memorial Park.

WEEP NOT FOR ME

Weep not for me though I have gone
