Erin Elizabeth Lennon Cannariato, 56, of San Diego, died May 18, 2017, at her daughter's home in Mansfield, TX.
She was born March 30, 1961, in San Diego, California, to Richard and Sonie Noel Lennon.
Erin's life was spent surrounding herself with people—family, friends, and complete strangers—and then loving and serving those people with delicious food, deep conversation, and spontaneous sacrifice. She lived a life of firm faith, loving others because she had been and was loved by God, her Savior.
She is survived by her husband, Rick; her children and their spouses—Rhiannon and Benjamin Whiting, Nicholas and Michelle Cannariato, Joseph, Camille, Samuel, Daniel, and Sophia—her father, Richard Lennon; her sister, Kathy Foster; her sister-in-law, Bishop; seven nieces and nephews; and three grandchildren; in addition to countless friends and those who counted her a second mother.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Sonie Lennon; and her brother, Brian Lennon.
