Esther Lee Cable Campbell

Esther Lee Campbell 94, passed away on February 2, 2024, at Green Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation in Arlington, Texas. She was born on January 1, 1930, in Greensboro, North Carolina to Ruben and Annie Cable.

Esther grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina. After high school she married Charles Otis Walker and moved to East Texas.

She enjoyed ballroom dancing where she met her second husband Walter L. Campbell.

She also received several awards and accomplishments from her employer of 32 years at Justin Boots Factory in Ft. Worth, TX.

Esther was preceded in death by her husband Walter Campbell, son Charles Dewayne Walker, parents Rueban and Annie Cambell, great grandson Christopher Brown and multiple siblings.

Esther is survived by her daughter Faye McBrayer of Arlington, TX.; her sister Jo Chrisco, her grandchildren Lisa Morton, Tami Brown, and Rhonda Raines; her great-grandchildren Jessica Krueger, Courtney Lopez, Kayla Dooley, Tyler Brown, Madison Green, Clayton Bradford, and Morgan Brown, several great-great grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, 500 Kennedale Road, Kennedale, TX. at 2:00pm on Thursday February 08, 2024

Her happy and kind heart will be treasured forever. She left a lasting impression by everyone she met. Her sweet voice and laughter will continue to comfort our hearts.
