ARLINGTON -- Evelyn Patricia LeMaire, 86, a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother, passed away at home in Arlington, surrounded by her family, Monday, Jan. 7, 2008.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Thursday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
She was born May 21, 1921, in Manchester, N.H., to Amos and Exelia Marie Drouse. She moved to Texas in 1959 and had resided in North Texas for the last 13 years. Evelyn was lovingly known to family and friends as "Mima," which is French for "grandmother."
Survivors: Children, Eileen Sandra Middleton, Gordon LeMaire and his wife, Betty, and Don LeMaire and his wife, Charlene; 15 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
