ARLINGTON -- Fred "Eddy" Dunham, 72, a loving husband father and friend to many, went to be with our Lord, Monday, June 14, 2010.
Celebration of life: 10 a.m. Friday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Burial: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to All Saints Lutheran Church in Arlington or to the American Cancer Society.
Eddy was born July 28, 1937, to Fred and Sarah Dunham in Eagles Mere, Pa. He had three brothers, Barry, Jeff and Dave with whom he embarked on many notorious adventures throughout the years. Eddy graduated from UTA with a bachelor's degree in business. Eddy worked at or ran many successful businesses including Bell Helicopter and Olmstead Kirk, both of which he retired from, Eddy's Landscaping, and most notably Brown Trail Grocery where he was the highest volume keg distributor in the Metroplex. He married his best friend and the love of his life, Bonnie, on May 23, 1980, and helped raise five wonderful children: Lori, Marci, Jeannine, Mindy and John. He was also blessed with nine wonderful grandchildren. He was a hardworking Christian man who will be greatly missed but never forgotten.
