Helen Bernadette Rivera, 53, went home to be with friends, family and Jesus on Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2009, after a heroic battle with cancer.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Hill Top Church, 4909 Rendon Road, Fort Worth, 76140. Interment: Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
Survivors: Husband of 35 years, Henry Rivera; son, Sam Rivera; daughter, Michelle Howard and husband, Shane; and granddaughter, Corissa Howard.
