Ian Todd Woelfel, age 46, passed away on Thursday, September 28th, 2017, at John Peter Smith Hospital in Ft. Worth, TX. He was born January 3, 1971, in Victorville, California to Gilbert and Sharon Woelfel. Ian was a 1989 graduate of Lindsay High School.
Ian lived life through simple pleasures. He had a passion for “fixing things”. If it was broken, he would try to fix it. He enjoyed building and modifying firearms, playing poker, and watching his beloved Green Bay Packers. He is survived by his mother Sharon and was preceded in death by his father Gil.
Family, friends, and others whose lives were touched by Ian are invited to the Emerald Hills Funeral Home, 500 Kennedale Sublet Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060, from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17th, 2017, to reminisce, grieve, support each other and, of course, just chat.
