JOSHUA -- Irene Cain, 89, of Joshua, Texas died on December 4, 2015 in Cleburne. A graveside service will be held at the Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery on Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 2:30 pm. Visitation with the family will be held on Monday, December 7, 2015 from 6-8 pm at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale.
She was born December 16, 1925 in Gouldbusk, Texas to Rebecca and Tom Maines. She was preceded in death by her husband, Owen Cain after 69 years of marriage.
Irene is survived by her daughter, Linda and her husband, Gaylord Carlock, of Joshua; her son, Johnny O. Cain and his wife, Pam, of Hamilton, Texas; 6 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
