Isaac Lee

Isaac Marvin Lee, 80, passed away on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at Huguely Hospital, in Burleson, Texas. He was born on April 29, 1942, in Tellico Plains, Tennessee to Isaac Marvin Lee Sr.and Jennie B. Lee.

Isaac grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio where he graduated from high school in 1960. He joined the army in 1960 and served until he was medically discharged due to being diagnosed with  Tuberculosis. He attended college at Tarrant County College in Fort Worth, Texas where he received an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Isaac began work as a machinist and ultimately started his own business which he owned and managed  for over 40 years. He recently retired leaving management of the company to his son Mike Lee. Isaac also owned land in Ranger, Texas where he lived for number of years and owned cattle. Isaac enjoyed this as a home away from home and retreat.

Isaac married Louise Lee in 1963. They were together for nearly 30 years. Louise worked in home-health and enjoyed cooking and her grandkids.

Isaac was preceded in death by his mother Jennie B. Lee, sister Ikijeanne and Louise Lee.

Isaac is survived by; sons Isaac Lee III and Mike (Cindy) Lee and daughter Karen (Fred) Mattox. of North Texas; his sister Patsy (John) Gorsuch of Durham, NC; Peggy Adams; his grandchildren Michael Lee, Jacob Lee, Zachary Lee, Garrett Mattox, Kaylee Mattox, Ryan Mattox, and Eryn Wrobleske.

A memorial service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home, (500 Kennedale Sublett Rd, Kennedale, Texas) at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, November 22, 2022 with interment to follow at Emerald Hills Memorial Park. A visitation will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home at 11:30 AM, Tuesday, November 22, 2022.

Isaac Lee was deeply loved and respected and will be missed by all who had the honor and pleasure of knowing him.
