Janice Kay Smith

Janice Smith of Arlington, Texas passed away Saturday, May 10th at age 66. She lost her battle with cancer after fighting it for over a year. She was a loving Mother, Grandmother and Friend to many. She will be missed terribly.

Janice graduated from Sam Houston High School and studied at UTA.

Janice worked in the aero space industry for many years before becoming a pharmacy technician in 2015. She loved playing and listening to all kinds of music. She was a voracious reader throughout her life. She enjoyed gardening and being surrounded by nature with her grandchildren.

Janice was preceded in death by her parents, Stanley and Patricia Norton and her brother Steve Norton.

Janice is survived by her daughter and son in law, Kerrie and Brice Mushinski of Arlington, Texas and grandchildren, Kole and Brax.

She will be laid to rest in a private ceremony with her Mother, Father and Brother at Holly Hills Memorial Park in Granbury, Texas.
