Jess Landon Jordan, 86, passed away at his Arlington residence surrounded by his family and a few close friends.

Interment at Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Public Visitation 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Jess was a retired insurance mass marketing executive. A Fort Worth native, Jess joined the U.S. Navy and served during the Korean Conflict from 1948-1953. He was awarded the Korean Medal, the Korean Service Ribbon, the Navy Occupation Service Ribbon in the Asia area, and the China Service Ribbon (Extended) for services performed on board the USS Passumpsic.
Jess is survived by his wife of 46 years, Margo Jordan; daughters, all Texas residents, Kim Jordan Goeppinger, Sharon Jordan Arnold, and Lisa Jordan Timms; son, Landon Jordan; sister, Jan Jordan Brunk of Alabama; brothers, Jack Jordan, Robert Ed Irwin, and Kerry Wayne Irwin, all of Texas; grandchildren, Mark Easterwood, Joshua Timms, Madelyn Jordan, Addison Angelo, McKenzie Jordan, Sydney Angelo, J.R. Jordan, Cullen Timms, and Wesley Arnold; great-grandchildren, Shelby, Layce, Emily Easterwood, and Sky Arnold; an aunt; cousins; his fellow members of the Arlington Area Street Rods; and a host of life long friends.
