“Jim Thomason: A Man of Vision”

1952 – 2019

Jim Thomason was born to Windsor Denman Thomason and Carolene (Montgomery) Thomason on July 22, 1952.  He went to be with his Lord and Savior on May 31, 2019.

Jimbo was a real-life hero, a one-of-a-kind dad, and a mentor to many people.  He was handsome and witty, hard-working and inventive. He was a meticulous man with a fountain of knowledge; a solid rock for those around him.  He loved God with all his heart, all his soul, and all his mind.  Though Jim’s body is put in the earth, his spirit is now with God, who breathed it.

Jim truly and deeply loved his wife, Rosie. They were married in February of 2012. Jimbo was the “one and only” brother to five loving sisters: Casey, Jackie, Annecia, Tina, and Becky. Jim Thomason was a forgiving and encouraging dad to his daughter Tiffanie Jazelle, and his son Sye.  He was an always helpful and ever caring grandpa to their children: Zoe Jayne, Valerie Ann, Sye Charles, Abigail J, and Cara Marie.
