JoAnn Wallace, 73 passed away on August 13, 2024, at Huguley hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born on October 24th, 1950, in Fort Worth, Texas to Frank and Mildred Downing Picha JoAnn grew up in Fort Worth. She graduated from Trimble tech in Fort Worth, Texas in 1969 After high school she began work for GC Murphy’s and worked several different departments. She worked there for 13 years. A few years later she went to work for Walmart DC for 2 years before returning to the metroplex to take care of her family. JoAnn married Ronnie in 1973 in Fort Worth, Texas They were happily married for 51 years. She enjoyed Traveling especially to Walt Disney World and Disneyland. She also enjoyed traveling to New Mexico and Las Vegas. She loved spending time with her daughter, Christie and her husband Chris, grandchildren, Cacie and Cody. JoAnn was preceded in death by her dad, Frank Picha. Her mother Mildred Picha, and sister Betty Shamburger JoAnn is survived by her spouse Ronnie of Burleson, Texas, her daughter, Christie and her husband Chris Clemens of Burleson, Texas. Brother John Picha of Ohio and sister Kathy Halverson of Ohio. Her grandchildren Cacie and Cody Clemens; Several nieces and nephews and other relatives. A memorial service will be held at Emerald Hills at 10am on Tuesday, August 20th, 2024, A visitation will be held at Emerald Hills from 5-8pm on Monday, August 19th, 2024. Condolences may be left on JoAnn Wallace’s online guest book.
