Joe Willard Brown, 80, passed away on 12-23-2020 at home surrounded by family in Arlington, TX. He was born on October 3, 1940, in Bonham, TX to Johnnie and Lucille Clark Brown.
Joe grew up in Dallas. He worked for Miller Brewing in Fort Worth, TX. He retired in 2005 after 28 years.
Joe married Jean Turner in 1963 in Rockwall, TX. They were happily married for 57 years. Joe enjoyed collecting coins and going to coin shows with his son. Joe was an avid Nascar fan. He was active and always looked forward to traveling and visiting casinos. Most of all, he loved to read.
Joe was preceded in death by his father Johnnie Brown, his mother Lucille Kimmey and his brothers, Charles Brown, Gary Brown, Ricky Brown and Johnnie Brown.
Joe is survived by his spouse Jean Brown of Arlington, TX; his son Joe and spouse, Machelle Brown, his daughter Gina and spouse, Lee Helsel. His grandchildren Justin, Chelsea, and Jonathan Brown, Connor and Lily Helsel. His great-grandchildren Charlotte Mayfield, Jocelyn Brown, Jace Brown and Payley Bounds. He is also survived by his sisters Betty Jaynes and Marion Florow, mother-in-law Thelma Wilder, his nieces, nephews and numerous other family.
