Johnny Wayne Doud, 71, passed away Wednesday, April 14, 2010.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Saturday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday.
Johnny was born Dec. 18, 1938, in Fort Worth to Kenneth and Ida Doud. He was a loving husband, father, granddad and friend who experienced life and God in the simple things. His loves were fishing, watching Austin play baseball and Rachel dance.
Survivors: His wife of 30 years, Sandy Doud of Arlington; daughters, Cynthia Doud of Azle, Teresa Grigsby and son-in-law, Randy Grigsby, of Azle and Stacy Rhodes and son-in-law, Mark Rhodes, of Arlington; son, Wayne Doud of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Shawn Talley, Keri McNeese, Anthony Craven, Caleb Craven, Austin Ryan Rhodes and Rachel Madelynn Rhodes; great-grandson, Dakota Coley; sisters, Billie Demalade and Geneva Doud; and a host of other family and friends.
