Johnny Lovelace

Johnny George Lovelace, of Kennedale, passed away on Saturday, October 13, 2018.  He was born on July 18, 1947 in Cotton Valley, Louisiana to Richard Allen Lovelace and Annie Lois (Bunner) Lovelace.  He was an electronic technician and a Vietnam Veteran having served over 20 years in the United States Air Force. Johnny was preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Morris Allen Lovelace and Richard Earl Lovelace.

Those left to cherish his memories are his children, Lisa McLaughlin and husband Rafe and Marshall Allen Lovelace, Sr. and wife Sarah; Grandchildren, Jessica Sorensen, Matthew Lindsey, Justin Lindsey, Morgan McLaughlin, Austin Lovelace, Allison Lovelace, Marshall Lovelace, Jr; Great Grandchildren, Brooke Lindsey, Tucker Sorensen, Luna Lovelace, and Olivia Lindsey; brothers, Kenneth Lovelace and wife Phyllis, Lloyd Lovelace and wife Sue, Kevin Lovelace and wife Debbie; and sister, Jody George and husband Gilbert; as well as his ex-wife and “husband-in-law” Malisia and Garry McNeil and adopted kids Michael and Kathryn Johnson. Johnny will also be forever remembered by his numerous extended family members and close friends.

Graveside service for Johnny will be Friday, October 26, 2018 at 9:30AM at DFW National Cemetery located at 2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211 with a Celebration of Life to follow at 300 N. Little School Rd, Kennedale, TX 76060.
