Joyce Tatum, 77, passed away Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at her home surrounded by her loving family.
Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park in Kennedale. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Joyce was born July 29, 1933, in Fort Worth to Ruth and Marcus "Dub" McPhail. She was a wonderful homemaker who enriched the lives of all she knew and met.
Joyce was predeceased by her son, Wendell Tatum, and her brother, Jim McPhail.
Survivors: Adoring husband of 59 years, Doyle Tatum; daughters, Vicki Humphries of Fort Worth and Tresa Bergin and husband, John, of Fort Worth; grandchildren, Ron Hutson and wife, Misty, of Burleson, Kenneth Humphries Jr. and wife, Karen, of Alvarado, Christy Stack and husband, Aaron, of Burleson, Amanda Lane of Edom, John Bergin III of Omaha, Neb., Shannon Bergin of Omaha, Neb., and Linda Lane of Fort Worth; 14 great-grandchildren; siblings, Nancy Ward and husband, John, of Leominster, Mass., and Judy Herriman and husband, Eldon, of Cleburne; numerous nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
