RENDON -- Juanda Thomasson Flories, 73, of Rendon passed away at home July 26, 2016.
Funeral Service: 10 a.m. Saturday at Everman Church of Christ.
Interment: Everman Cemetery. Visitation 6-8 p.m. Friday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.

Juanda enjoyed reading, playing word games, and spending time with her grandkids. For most of Juanda's life she was an active member of the Everman church of Christ. She was a Sunday school teacher and an Elder's wife. She is fondly remembered for showing the youth group how to play “Spoons” and “This is the way to shoe a horse”.
Juanda worked 30 years for State Farm Insurance before retiring in 2005.
Juanda enjoyed traveling. She visited 35 of the 50 states; Cozemel and Progreso, Mexico; and Australia.
Juanda was a loving wife and mother. She married Perry Mack Flories on June 25, 1960 and the couple had 3 daughters.
Juanda is survived by husband of 56 years, Perry Mack Flories; daughter, Cindi Rossetti (Ken) of Lombard, Illinois; daughter, Cherri Cowen (Brady) of Rendon; and daughter, Cristi Glover (Gary) of Rendon; sister, Juanita Patton (Gene), of Mansfield; and sister-in-law, Nancy Flories Stowe (Ray), of Forest Hill.
Juanda was Mamaw to Samantha (Chris) Huggins of Lubbock; Nolen Tabner of Los Angeles, California; Troy (Sabrina) Tabner of Houston; Nick Rossetti of Waterford, Michigan; Danny Rossetti of Lombard, Illinois; Philip Glover and Taylor Glover of Rendon; Clay Cowen of Rendon; and Chance Cowen (Brittany) of Grandview. She was Great grandmother to Truett Huggins and Molly Huggins of Lubbock; Hunter Payne and Kinlee Cowen of Grandview; and Deakin Cowen of Arlington. She was Aunt Juanda to 4 nieces and 1 nephew.
She is preceded in death by her parents JR and Irene Thomasson of Everman.
