Kathryn Ann Collester Acton went home to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday October 16th, 2011. Kathryn is preceded in death by her husband Donald Acton, mother Josephine Bellas, daughter Donna Jo Mannan, son-in-law Frank Mannan, brother-in-law Gale Acton, and her brothers. Kathryn was born in Indianapolis, IN on September 7th, 1934. Kathryn was a graduate from Ben Davis High School in Indianapolis. Kathryn also gave many, many years as a mother, grandmother, Girls Camp-fire leader, and was one of the biggest sports fans of her children and grandchildren.
Service- Memorial and Christian Burial will be at 10:30am Friday October 21st at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale, TX.
Survivors- Her son, David Acton & daughter-in-law, Kimberly; Grandsons, Joshua Acton, Jared Acton, & Trey Mannan; Granddaughter, Jordan Acton; Sister-in-law, Mariana Acton & family; Sister, Lynna and husband Mike; Brother-in-law, Herman Boles and wife Vera; other extended family members and a host of friends.
