FORT WORTH -- Larry Edward Morris, a 20-year carrier for the Star-Telegram, went home to be with his Lord and Savior on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2008.
Funeral: 2 p.m. Friday in Emerald Hills Memorial Chapel. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation; 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Larry was a member of the 1972 graduating class of North Side High School in Fort Worth. He loved his family and his church, Olive Place Baptist Church in Fort Worth, but he was at his best when he saw new life through his granddaughter's eyes.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Opal Morris.
Survivors: Sons, Kevin and Lauren Morris, Eric and Amber Morris and Ryan and Erin Morris; granddaughter, Brianna Morris; brother, Ronnie and Debi Morris; niece and nephew, Amanda Hogue and Colt Morris; aunt, Bernice Johnson; uncle, Forrest Hurst; and a host of other family and friends.
