Levearn was born in Caledonia, Mississippi on August 4, 1932. Levearn moved to Memphis, Tennessee where she attended Humes High School and met her life long soul mate, William "Bill" L. O,Mary, Jr. Levearn was a cosmetologist and owned her own beauty shop in Memphis, TN. She was a cosmetology teacher at Memphis Technical(Tech) High School after selling her shop. She was very active in the Southern Amateur Saddle Club Association and held the office of Secretary. She was also active at Circle A Saddle Club holding various offices. In 1971 the family moved to Edina, Minnesota. While in Edina, Levearn was the church secretary at Creek Valley Baptist Church and involved with the Women's Group. The family moved to Noblesville, Indiana in 1977 where she was very active at First Presbyterian Church and was ordained as an Elder.
In 1987, they moved to Arlington, Tx. where she was active at St. Barnabas Methodist Church and then at Grace Presbyterian Church. At Grace she was and elder, chair of the Pastoral Care Ministry and was trained and served as a Stephen Minister. She was honored as Church Woman of the Year in 2007. Levearn had been in the hospital since September 23 fighting various aspects of her amyloidosis disease; passing away from complications from the disease.
Survivors: Levearn leaves behind Bill, her loving husband of 56 years; daughters, Marcia Williams and Robert Walls; Malinda and J. Mark Miller, and son Bill and Miranda O'Mary, III; Grandchildren: Laura, Christi and Steven Williams, Lewis, Ryan, and Christopher O'Mary and her sister, Sarah Nolen.
