Mallaonease Olivia Scott

Mallaonease Olivia Scott, 76, passed away on October 19,2023, at her home in Arlington, Texas. She was born on November 10, 1946, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Samuel and Mary (Durham) Faine.

Mallaonease grew up in Deptford, New Jersey. She graduated from Deptford Highschool in Deptford, New Jersey in 1964. After high school she began work for TWA as a Customer Service Agent where she worked for 10 years in San Francisco. She then opened her own travel agency in Las Vegas for 5 years. Mallaonease also worked at Southwest Airlines for 20 years as a Flight Attendant and Retired in 2018.

Mallaonease was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Mary; sister, Theodora; and son, Rodger.

Mallaonease is survived by her son Anthony (Spring) Johns of Henderson, Nevada; sister Barbara Hawkins of Arlington, Texas; her grandchildren Olyvia Johns and Ryleigh Johns of Henderson, Nevada.

A funeral service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home 500 Kennedale Sublett Rd  at 11:00am, Monday, October 30, 2023.  Burial will follow at Emerald Hills Memorial Park.
