Mary Cotton

Mary Ellen Cotton, of Everman, passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019.  She was born on July 10, 1923 in Union Bower, Texas to Harley Davenport Morgan and Geneva Matilda (Bryant) Morgan.  She loved to crochet and was a devoted follower of Christ.  Mary made a profession of faith at age 12 and was saved in November 1972 at Southcliff Baptist Church. Mary joined Hallmark Baptist Church on January 1997. Mary was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, two brothers; husband of 53 years Charles Cotton and her daughter Shirley Crudgington.

Those left to cherish her memories are her children, Clarence Harvey Jr, David Harvey and wife Marilyne, and Linda Gautreaux and husband Robert; grandchildren Patricia Liles and husband Aaron, Belinda Wood, Michael Crudgington, Debra Harvey, Daniel Harvey and wife Rachel, Keith Harvey and wife Josie, Kelby Harvey, Thomas Gautreaux and wife Maggie, Amy Carter and husband Brian; 10 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren.

Funeral service for Mary will be Friday, November 22, 2019 at 2:00PM at Emerald Hills Funeral Home in Kennedale with interment to follow at Emerald Hills Memorial Park.  The family will receive family and friends for visitation Friday, November 22, 2019 at 1:00PM at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
