Michael Carney

Michael Philip Carney was born August 5, 1975 to Karen Elizabeth Carney and Gerald Ray Carney in Fort Worth, TX.  The second of three children, Michael was embraced for his compassion and acts of selflessness toward others.

Michael was educated in the Everman School District, and after graduation attended Tarrant County Junior College and later University of Phoenix.  He loved working with his hands and was constantly building and rebuilding things.  Working on cars was his passion.

In 1999, Michael married Danielle Davis and together they had three sons.  As a licensed oil and construction contractor, Michael with Danielle opened  Carney Truck Lines.  Years later,  Michael became superintendent for a separate contracting company.

Michael transitioned from this earth on Friday, February 7, 2020.  He leaves to cherish his memory his parents, Gerald and Karen Carney; his wife, Danielle; sons; Bryce, Shawn, Kenton and Brennan; brother, Jon; sister, Elizabeth; and a host of other family and friends.
