Michael Austin Johnson, 29, passed away Wednesday, Dec. 15, 2010, peacefully at his home.
Memorial service: A private service will be held at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Memorials: In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Warm Place in Fort Worth.
Austin was born Nov. 9, 1981, in Fort Worth. He served four years in the U.S. Marine Corps as a courageous aircraft rescue firefighter. He was a doting and loving husband to his wife of eight years, Lauren. He was an amazing father to his precious daughter and best friend, Paige. He was a lover of music, a talented guitar player and an avid football fan. He was a charming, clever and charismatic man who is irreplaceable. He is deeply loved and will be deeply missed.
Survivors: His loving wife, Lauren; daughter, Paige; parents, Nancy and Michael; sister, Jessica; brother, Benjamin; and numerous family and friends.
