Michael Stephen Russell, 63, passed from this world into the Lord's hands Sunday, Aug. 15, 2010.
Funeral: 10 a.m. Friday at St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church, 1200 S. Davis Drive, Arlington. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Emerald Hills Funeral Home.
Michael loved the outdoors, grilling and being with his family. He achieved success here because he lived well, laughed often and loved much. He was at his best when he saw new life through his grandchildren's eyes.
He was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Russell.
Survivors: Mother, Versalee Russell; children, Melissa and George North, Kelly and Erik Hougen, Jonathan Meuth, Jason Meuth and Catherine Russell; grandchildren, Dylan, Brett, Abigail, Emily, Vincent and Addison; sisters, Judy and Dean Kreutziger and Mary and Jeff Jeffries; brother, Danny Russell; life partner, Alicia Gray; nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends.
