Michael Joseph Sides, 46, went home to be with his Lord on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2010.
Funeral Mass: 10 a.m. Friday at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 2601 Burchill Road N., Fort Worth. Interment: Emerald Hills Memorial Park. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Laurel Land Funeral Home, 7100 Crowley Road, with rosary at 6 p.m.
Michael was loyal to his family and friends. He had a gentle nature that made him a favorite of his family and friends. He loved to listen to country music, cook for his family and play golf. His granddaughter Samantha was a bright spot in his life, watching her grow and learn.
Survivors: His parents, Joe and Susie Sides; son, Joe F. Sides and wife, Carly; daughter, Lisa Sides; granddaughter, Samantha Sides; mother of his children, Cindy Sides; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins; and a host of other family and friends.
