Mildred Judith Agnello, 98, passed away on January 07, 2024, at her home in Mansfield TX. She was born on June 27, 1925, in Brooklyn, NY, the eighth of ten children, to Vincenzo and Antoinette Simonetto Nunziata.
Mildred grew up in Brooklyn, NY, where Mildred met Marcelles (Mike) Agnello. They married in 1944, while he was on leave from his military service during WW2. They were happily married for 53 years and had two children, Richard and James Agnello. They made their homes in Long Island, NY and Cherry Hill, NJ, before moving to Arlington TX in 1990.
For many years Mildred and Mike were members of St Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Arlington, TX. Mildred loved all of her growing family, and treasured her time with her 5 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Mike Agnello, her parents, Vincenzo and Antoinette Nunziata, 9 brothers and sisters, and other nieces and nephews.
Mildred is survived by her sons, Richard (Joan) Agnello of Mansfield TX and James (Kathy) Agnello of West Chester, PA, her grandchildren: Michael, Jennifer, David, Matthew and Christine, her great grandchildren: Parker, Zoe, Greyson, Isabelle, Bodhi, Nova and Lucas and many nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
